XPeng’s seven-year warranty and 24/7 roadside assist cover eligible vehicles sold from 1 June 2026. The same program now extends to eligible cars bought through TrueEV or its dealers, on the same terms. The battery, motor and related components carry an eight-year, 160,000km warranty.

A genuine parts warehouse in Melbourne, run with FedEx, has operated since June. Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne get next-day parts delivery, while Brisbane gets next-day delivery on urgent orders and two-day delivery on standard ones.
